- 9:30 Visit cheese making facility to see a demonstration of the making of Caciocavallo and smoked Ragusano cheeses at CORFILAC
- 12:30 Lunch and visit Gulfi winery with Nero d’Avola wine tasting. Visit to the Old Water Mill
- 14:30 Guided visit to Noto - guided tour of historical center.
- 16:00 Reserved chocolate making demonstration in Modica-at Sicily's oldest sweet shop Antica Dolceria Bonajuto
- 18:30 pm You are back to your location.
