A guided itinerary to discover the culinary and artisan food excellences of Piedmont

The program:
- 9:00 Departure from your hotel by private minivan and English speaking guide
- 10:00 Guided visit to an artisan cheese farm with guided tasting of Murazzano D.O.P., Bra (soft and dry), Robiola di Roccaverano and Toma.
- 11:30 Guided visit to the Mulino Sobrino, little mill with grindstone and tasting of different breads.
- 13:00 Lunch at Restaurant Battaglino in Bra with a Piedmont menu and local wine.
- 15:00 Guided visit to the artisan butcher Scaglia in Bra and to Cascina Grangia in Cravanzana, tasting a special local sausage and nuts for the pastry.
- 16:30 Last visit to the pastry Corte di Canobbio to taste the nut cakes
- 18:00 You are back to your hotel
Day trip (09:00-18:00) includes: private air-conditioned minivan, guide in English language, lunch, cheese, bread, sausage and cake tasting.
