The program:
- 9:00 Departure from your location in Bologna or in Milano for a gourmet tour by private minivan and English speaking guide-driver
- 10.00 Visit to a traditional Parmigiano Reggiano cheese producer and tasting
- 11.00 Stop to take some pictures of the impressive Torrechiara Castle and surrounding area
- 12.00 Visit a local wine producer situated in the scenic hills of Parma. Tour of the cellar, followed by lunch and local wine tasting
- 14.30 Visit a traditional Prosciutto di Parma producer Il Salumiere
- 16.30 Visit an authentic “Acetaia”, Modena’s famous balsamic vinegar lofts, followed by a tasting
- 19:00 You are back to your location
