A cooking experience at Rita’s home
You will work at a local menu in a Trieste home with our chef.

The program:
Rita lives in Trieste since 2001 without ever having betrayed her Roman origins. She worked for more than twenty years of art restoration, cultivating her passion for cooking and attending amateur courses held by chefs and experts in the field. After 2010 she worked as a cook in various restaurants in her adopted city. She manages a blog: Saporita.
The house is perfectly organized for situations of this kind: a large open space with a dining area, a living room and a super organized kitchen with a counter of about 3 x 2 meters. At the end of the course the tasting of the dishes prepared together is planned, with a bottle of wine and a dessert.
The fresh pasta proposals are many, obviously related to the season, here some proposals:
