Andrea Moradei

Director of Koinè Center, Italian language school for foreigner , creator of the Pane, Vino e Lingua cooking and language program and of the Enoteca de' Giraldi in Florence, founder of Vinarium Travel Agency. After a master in Philosophy he began to work to promote the Italian language and culture in 1980, offering also a cultural approach to Tuscan wine and food.

 

Iannucci Rosa

Qualified as Agency director, she is the organisation mind of Vinarium Travel Agency. Our young and expert travel manager will help you starting from your first information request to discover the hidden secrets of Tuscany.

 

Barbara Bartolotta

Barbara completed her studies at the technical school for tourism and specialized in enogastronomic tourism, at the same time improving her knowledge of German, French and English. She began to study Law at the University and in the same time she started working with us some years ago. In a few time she became one of our leading collaborators, in charge both of the cooking courses and of the wine tours.

 

Valentina Lami

Coming from a professional experience in dancing and graduated in Aesthetics, she discovered her passion for Tuscan wine and cooking. She now manages with Barbara the private cooking lessons for your pleasure and she guides you in discovering the flavours of our specialities. She is in charge both of the cooking courses and of the wine tours.

 

Cosetta Memmola

Cosetta will be your chef in the group coking lessons and in the program Bread, wine and language. She is both an expert chef then an Italian teacher for foreigners. You will have fantastic suggestions and a special approach to the Tuscan cookery from her Apulian origins.
