Getting married in Florence or Tuscany couldn't
be easier... or lovelier!
Vinarium offers its facilities in the historic center of
Florence for your wedding. Located on a quiet street near the Bargello,
the Enoteca is a stunning contemporary space with restored architectural
elements such as stone pillars and cross vaults. We can also arrange
weddings in private villas and farmhouses in the Tuscan countryside. |

Typical Wedding Agenda Organized by Vinarium
- Sunday: Arrival at Pisa or Florence airport where you will find our bus waiting to take you, your family, and friends to your hotel or villa, for example, Villa di Mandri (see photos)
- Monday: In the morning you will meet your personal
- Tuesday: The morning will be spent seeing the location
for the ceremony and meeting the celebrant, the hairdresser, the
florist, etc. We will take your guests to Florence where they
will have a guided tour of the city. After a typical Tuscan lunch
at the Enoteca de'Giraldi, they will be free to do their afternoon
shopping.
Wednesday:
The morning is spent rehearsing the ceremony and going over
final details with your wedding coordinator. In the late afternoon,
our chef will give your group a private cooking demonstration,
making home-made pasta with typical and traditional sauces, and
traditional Tuscany cakes, which will be served for dinner that
evening along with a selection of local wines.
- Thursday: Your wedding day! The morning is taken up with
the hairdresser and the beautician. The wedding ceremony will
take place in the late afternoon in the church or villa that you
have chosen. A harpist or violinist will play during the ceremony.
Photographs will be taken of you and your guests at the church
and at the villa. Aperitifs will be served in the villa garden,
where you and your guests can relax, shaded from the sun under
large white garden umbrellas, sipping champagne, and perhaps listening
to a string quartet playing "Spring" from Vivaldi's
"The Four Seasons." Dinner will be served in the garden,
where you can enjoy the pleasant Tuscany evening breezes. After
the cutting of the cake we can provide an open bar where coffee
and drinks can be served while you and your guests finish off
the evening listening and dancing to music.
- Friday: The morning is free to relax and perhaps take
a dip in the pool. In the afternoon we can visit a nearby vineyard
for a guided tasting by one of our wine experts.
- Saturday: Return to airport or point of departure.
